Detox and get clean
Participated Detox215 program from 15 Feb until 1 March 2021 by consuming Detox215 products and workout (Plank up to 1.20minutes). I still consume rice every night, just daily intake less oil, less sweet and less carbohydrates during the program. There were few times out of track (due to CNY family gathering, birthday dinner etc), but at least still 92% on track to complete the program.
Lose -1.4kg and body fat reduced from 32.5% to 31.2% (-1.3%), visceral fat from 6.0 to 5.5, body water increased from 50.8% to 51.5% (+0.7%).
